the hotel is just a short drive from the des moines art center and a less than 5-minute walk to b-bop's restaurant for delicious food, making it perfect for my city strolls and park visits.

We had a lovely time enjoying the warm pool and the cleanliness of our room despite it being a little outdated. It felt like a cozy spot for our family!

Our stay was delightful! The spacious Queen Room provided a cozy retreat, perfect for our family. We enjoyed the nearby dining options, especially the pancake house which had delicious breakfasts. Pro tip, Ask for a room away from the pool if your kids are light sleepers. We'll be back!

The room was super clean and the bed was really comfy, making it easy to get a great night's sleep. I loved the heated swimming pool and the relaxing lounge area, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only downside was the slightly limited breakfast options, but it didn’t dampen my experience at all. 😊

This was a good pick for a quick layover in West Des Moines and great for the money. The staff were friendly and got me checked in with my dog in just 5 minutes. Make sure to grab some breakfast early since they run out of items fast.

The queen room with two queen beds was super comfy for our family, making it hard to get out of bed! We loved that everything we wanted to explore was just minutes away. Plus, the heated indoor swimming pool was the cherry on top, perfect for some fun together.

Family needs to think twice

The only good thing was how the kids loved the pool it was the only time I saw them smile. The breakfast had decent options like sausage and make-your-own waffles I felt like a hero for getting them that.

It wasn’t inexpensive but still somewhat acceptable for a family getaway.
